WHAT HAPPENS AT A DERMAL FILLER APPOINTMENT?
You will have a consultation with Cherise- an aesthetic nurse prescriber to check if it is safe for you to have treatment. Cherise will go through all the details you need to know before having this treatment such as how it works, any side effects, and aftercare. Cherise will then safely carry out the treatment to your desired treatment areas. As there is no anticipated downtime, you will be free to carry out your day as normal afterward.
ARE DERMAL FILLER RESULTS IMMEDIATE AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
Results are immediate but sometimes there can be a small amount of swelling straight after the treatment which lasts a few hours up to a few days. Results can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months, depending on where it is injected and what type of filler is used.
IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME?
There is no anticipated downtime with dermal filler treatment, however, some patients may experience redness, swelling, or bruising at the treatment site. This typically resolves in a few hours, up to a few days.
DO DERMAL FILLERS HURT?
As the needles used are so fine, most patients say they feel a pinprick, but no pain. All the fillers we use contain a local anesthetic, which promotes comfort during the treatment. All dermal filler procedures have numbing cream applied for up to 30 minutes prior to injection to make the experience and journey as comfortable as possible.

CHEEK SCULPTING
Cheek fillers can be used to add volume to the cheek and mid-face area, resulting in a contoured and lifted appearance within the nasolabial (smile lines) and marionette areas (mouth-to-chin lines).
MARIONETTE LINES
